Empath is a community where users can share their feelings anonymously and empathize with others to show support. If a user empathizes with a friend or family member in their Contacts, Empath will share that users photo and first name so that the original poster can "Open Up" if theyd like to have a deeper conversation. If a user empathizes with a stranger who is not in their contact book, their identity will remain anonymous."

Highlights:
-Create a profile with only your photo and first name (Empath doesn’t ask for any other information)
-Post feelings anonymously to the Empath community
-Receive empathy anonymously from people you dont know and non-anonymously from friends and family members in your Contacts
-"Open Up" with friends and family members who you would like to have a deeper conversation (these users will see your identity for that particular post)
-Empathize with posts from other users in the Empath community (your identity will only be revealed when you empathize with a post from one of your Contacts)
